This June I celebrated the sell of my rental house with the support and advise of Julia Seaton. Julia recommended that I have the house entry for repairs and selling process. This was likely the best advise she could have given me. Her recommendations for home improvements all added to the quick sell over the asking price. Julia respected my budget for repairs and the minimum price I had set. Julia's positive, strong work ethics made her such a pleasure to work with. I have sold two other houses in the past but this was by far the most pleasant experience. Julia was essential in me obtaining my new rental property. The tenants stayed in the house during the selling process. This highlight the great advise that Julia had given me for the sell of my rental, to have no tenants. In July of 2015, we found ourselves in the position of having to sell our home of 18 years in in a very timely fashion. We enlisted the services of Ms. Seaton to act as our agent. From the initial presentation of the marketing plan through the final sale, Julia was nothing less than exceptional. Prior to granting Julia the responsibility of selling our home, she presented to us a well-designed “plan of attack” including an internet video, social media and photographs. Also provided was a binder which finely detailed the entire process and how to achieve maximum value for our home. This included, however not limited to: home preparation prior to listing, the marketing process and vehicles, potential buyer “showing” procedures, offer receiving and options, sale closing details. Although Julia had other listings and clients simultaneously with ours, she seemed to be available to us 24 hours a day, whenever a question or concern arose. The actual time that our home was active on the market proved to be an exciting but hectic period. Julia’s professional yet friendly attitude and demeanour alleviated the stresses allowing us to keep up with our daily lives. Upon the sale of our home, we thanked Julia for her services and believed that all was well and settled. However circumstances dictated that our future plans change. Upon learning of this change Julia, once again rose to the occasion and went above and beyond expectations. Without our knowledge or request she took it upon herself to immediately get to work in order to rectify our situation. Appearing at our door a day later she was armed with numerous options to successfully resolve our dilemma.
